User level is reflected by the color of star located next to a user photo or a user nick/user name. The color of star depends on the fulfillment of user level meter. A partial or full execution of required actions contributes to meter completion.
If the user has just registered at PhotoRush.com and has not yet executed any of the below mentioned requirements, then he/she will get first level.
The development depends on committed user activity at the PhotoRush.com.
