Problems related to paid voting or buying Rushes™ via SMS can occur for different reasons including, technical errors from SMS service suppliers or a mobile operator, as well as a wrong code and/or a wrong phone number.

In this case, it means that you:

• sent a wrong code
• sent a SMS to a wrong phone number
• did not send a SMS message at all (check a "Draft" folder in your mobile phone).

Please, make sure that the above mentioned data is correct:

• in the window of paid voting, and repeat voting again (in case of paid voting);
• on the page of buying Rushes™, and repeat the purchase once again (in case of buying Rushes™).

The discrepancy might also have arisen because a mobile operator withdrew the amount of money from your account after you sent a SMS message, but has not yet managed to send us a message that you voted for a certain photo or bought Rushes™.

In the case of a successful voting or buying Rushes™ you will receive a confirmative SMS. If you do not receive a confirmative SMS message within an hour, then you will need to contact us by filling in a contact us form or by sending an e-mail to support@photorush.com, indicating the following information:

• E-mail address specified in your PhotoRush.com profile (in case of buying Rushes™)
• Phone number used for sending SMS
• The name of used mobile operator
• Country from which you sent SMS
• Date and approximate time of sending SMS

In this case, if the amount of money withdrawn from your mobile account does not correspond the cost of SMS service of a paid voting or buying Rushes™, it means that you:

Our staff will inform you about the causes of the problem within three working days.

We will add the appropriate number of votes for a photo which you voted for or the appropriate amount of purchased Rushes™ to your PhotoRush.com account if the problem has arisen due to a technical failure.

A problem during withdrawal of prize money via PayPal can occur for various reasons, e.g. due to technical failures from suppliers of PayPal services, or if you specified wrong PayPal account data.

In order to determine the exact cause of the problem, you need to contact us by filling out a contact us form or by sending an e-mail to support@photorush.com indicating the following information:

• E-mail address specified in your profile at PhotoRush.com
• E-mail address specified in your PayPal account
• The amount of Rushes™ being exchanged
• The amount of money equivalent to Rushes™ which are exchanged
• Exchange currency of Rushes™
• Date and time of prize withdrawal

• Data relating to your bank account: bank name and account number

Our specialists will inform you about the causes of the problem within three working days.

The user’s photos which won in a weekly photo contest automatically become participants in the annual contest.  The annual contest is carried out each year in December offering the possibility of unlimited gains.

PhotoRush.com also has plans to hold Sponsored Photo Contests with certain prizes, and only registered PhotoRush.com users will be able to participate.

Participation in a daily photo contest is free for all PhotoRush.com users.

The cost of participation in a weekly photo contest depends on its price category.

PhotoRush.com uses its own currency in the website - Rushes™. All financial transactions are carried out using Rushes™, which you can buy at our site. The minimum acquisition value is 100 Rushes™ which equals 1 EUR, without considering transfer service cost.

The inner virtual currency - a Rush™ - was introduced for the convenience of PhotoRush.com users and as a result, the commission fee for inner financial transactions at the site is not charged. Making payments at PhotoRush.com using real currency each time would mean that you would have to pay a commission fee for each transfer.

The prize money amount of an annual contest depends on the number of weekly photo contests carried out and their price category.

A Bonus code can be found on the resources where the information about PhotoRush.com is placed (blogs, news and entertainment portals, etc.). Each Bonus code is valid during a certain period of time, and it is valid for a limited number of registrations.

When entering the Bonus code, you may receive a warning message that the particular code is no longer valid or the maximum number of registrations has been reached.

A monthly photo contest is carried out on the last day of each month. PhotoRush.com users cannot submit their photos to this contest because it designated for the photos of PhotoRush.com users who won the first three prize-winning places in a daily photo contest of each day of a particular month.

The photos of two contest participants win in each category of a weekly contest: a photo with the highest number of votes recognized by users, and a photo recognized as the best according to professional PhotoRush.com jury assessment.

After submitting a photo to a contest, you will receive a notification via email of the successful submission of your photo to a contest.

Do not forget to check your "Spam" folder (Junk mail) if you can not find this e-mail in your "Inbox messages" (Inbox). It is likely that it is there.

To verify whether your photo was approved for participation in a contest and added to the general list of contest photos, you can go to the weekly photo contest page and find the section "Submission".

Your photo will be checked by PhotoRush.com moderators within twenty-four hours after submitting to a contest.

PhotoRush.com moderators found it necessary to reject your photo submitted to a contest for one or more of the following reasons:

• the photo does not follow the photo contest theme,
• only one photo per user is allowed in contests without submission fee
• prohibited content - paragraph 6. of Terms and Conditions of Use PhotoRush.com,
• too much of photo editing
• too big "watermark" or photographer name
• poor overal quality of the photo - what's the point of it?
• photo dimensions must be at least 800 pixels on a long side
• or there are doubts in the ownership of copyright of this photo.

In any case, you will be informed about the reason in a timely manner.

If you do not get the recovered password in your e-mail specified in your profile, check the folder with the doubtful mail (Junk mail), because it is possible that a letter from PhotoRush.com ended up in this folder by mistake.

If you still cannot find the letter with a recovered password, let us know by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address support@photorush.com, indicating:

• the e-mail address specified in your PhotoRush.com profile, 
• the e-mail address which you specified when you filled in the form for your password recovery.

Make sure that you enter the correct information (e-mail address and password) in the space for Sign in. If you still can’t Sign in, then contact PhotoRush.com technical support service by filling out the contact us form or by sending an e-mail to support@photorush.com describing in detail your actions during the Sign in.

Do not forget to specify the e-mail address that you entered during registration at PhotoRush.com. It is possible that for some reason the access to your profile is temporarily blocked by the PhotoRush.com administration.

A registered PhotoRush.com user can participate in free daily photo contests, and also in weekly and other photo contests.

Registered users can win money and other valuable prizes, communicate with friends and find new ones, sharing favorite photos - doing much more that an unregistered user can.

A Bonus code can be found on the resources where the information about PhotoRush.com is placed (blogs, news and entertainment portals, etc.). Each Bonus code is valid during a certain period of time, and it is valid for a limited number of registrations.

When entering the Bonus code, you may receive a warning message that the particular code is no longer valid or the maximum number of registrations has been reached.

Only registered PhotoRush.com users can upload their photos to the galleries.

You can upload photos to your galleries by clicking the button "Upload" found in the main navigation. Read more detailed description here.

100 MB of free disc space are provided for each registered PhotoRush.com user, so the number of photos which you want to add to your photo galleries depends on the size of the files. If the average size of all your photos is within 500 KB, you can upload about 200 photos.

Every registered user can increase the disk space at any time.

Other PhotoRush.com users will see only that information about your personal data which you specified in your profile as publicly accessible to all users.

You have a possibility to view your profile by clicking the link "View Profile". You will see how your personal data will be displayed for other PhotoRush.com users.

If you have not received the e-mail with a link to confirm your e-mail address change within two hours, check the folder with the doubtful mail (Junk mail).  It is possible that the letter from PhotoRush.com ended in this folder by mistake.

If you still cannot find the e-mail with a link to confirm your e-mail address change, please let us know by sending the e-mail to: support@photorush.com, indicating: 

• Your old e-mail address specified earlier in your PhotoRush.com profile
• Your new e-mail address that you specified when saving the latest changes in your PhotoRush.com profile.

PhotoRush.com uses its own currency in the website - Rushes™. All financial transactions are done by means of Rushes™, which can be purchased only after you login to the website.

You can buy at least 100 Rushes™ at a time which is equivalent to 1 EUR. There is no commission fee for the purchase.

The number of photos which you can upload to the site depends on the size of files. When the average file size of all your photos is within 500 KB, then you can upload about 200 photos. Each registered user can increase disk space at any time.

1. Free of charge. If you need additional space for your photos, then you can reduce the size of some or all of your photos, thus freeing some of the disc space occupied by photos. Remember! You can only once reduce the size of each photo individually.
2. Charged. You can simply buy the required amount of additional disk space for a certain charge.

If you do not visit PhotoRush.com portal for over 90 days, your account is considered inactive.

PhotoRush.com has the right to reduce the value of Rushes™ kept on it to 100 Rushes™ per month for inactive account service. If there are no Rushes™ on the account, the cost for keeping is not charged. The next time you visit PhotoRush.com, your account will become active again.

After your registration at PhotoRush.com, the system will automatically create your User Account. Not only records of acquired, spent and disposable Rushes™ & are kept on this account, but there is also information about available disk space and statistics of contests in which you participated.

You can have only one user account.
